While everything else in Brisbane seems to be rising right now, land in Russell island is still dirt cheap. You can get blocks for $35,000 or even less on occasions at the time of writing. By constructing a house on these blocks, which my friends at Suncrest Homes can arrange the building of at a competitive rate, there seems to be a good opportunity for profit. Especially because new three bedroom houses are selling for around $240,000.

Welcome to Property Investment Tips! In this blog I will be publishing some valuable information for all investors in Real Estate, but especially for Australian investors,with special reference to the State of Queensland, which is where my wife and I live and own property.
